Here’s what you fundamentally need to be a kickass Business Analyst at Getir:
Responsibilities
- Translate customer opportunities and pain points into detailed product requirements,
- Conduct product requirement meetings with business and engineering teams to develop the most optimal solution,
- Assist product manager and engineering team by providing clear and unambiguous specifications to enable them to produce quality software,
- Document the needs with user stories, prepare mock-up and flow diagrams and transform them into analysis documents, transfer them to the development teams, ensure the correct communication between the business and software teams,
- Take responsibility end to end, ensure that the team’s output is equivalent to the requirements,
- Have full knowledge of the inner workings of the system, behind the user interface.
Job requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant field,
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Working knowledge of user stories, UML, and BPMN,
- Knowledge of Confluence,
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment,
- Fluency in English.
