  • Own the full recruitment process from sourcing, feedback to helping future Getirians transition into their teams in the first week
  • Work with the Engineering team to understand their hiring needs and optimize the hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment analytics, metrics, and data, ply other teams with these reports
  • Scour the ends of planet earth in search of solid personalities and technical skill sets that will flourish within Getir.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Getir. Strive to provide a candidate experience that is not Getir-centric, but rather candidate-centric. We may not work with all candidates, but all should have positive impressions about Getir.
  • Evaluate candidates within their own unique context. Always bear in mind that people have their own unique stories.
  • Not be limited by our current ways of sourcing candidates. Find new ways. Create them if necessary. Widen the range whenever possible.
  • Work together with interviewers from the technology team to accurately determine candidates’ technical expertise.
  • Travel (Covid-permitting!) to places that become major sources of recruitment, both to conduct real-time interviews and follow-up with onboarded talents.
  • Job requirements

  • 6+ years of experience, most should be full-cycle talent acquisition experience, especially in an early stage technology-first company
  • Javascript background - ideally you’re an engineer and/ deeply understand Javascript to be able to easily pass the existing test and write new tests, setting new standards for incoming candidates.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and more.
  • Demonstrated success of meeting hiring goals and establishing positive relationships across teams globally
  • Experience with helping hiring managers/hiring teams develop recruitment strategy plans (good to have)
  • Interest and a solid understanding of technology (good to have)
  • Ability to evaluate technical skills (good to have)
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
